Yes, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! However, due to varied shipping restrictions per country, it’s best that you contact us first with the following details and we’ll get back to you with the shipping fees and restrictions, if any. Shipping fees vary by weight and destination.

If you are not from the Philippines but are interested in trying our products, please send an email to hello@scentful-living.com with the following details:

  • Your Orders (quantity, size, fragrance)
  • Shipping information (address, City, Province, Country, Zip Code)

Payments are accepted via:

  • Paypal – pay upon checkout
  • Credit Card – pay upon checkout
  • Bank Deposit through BDO / Metrobank
  • Your preferred mode of payment will be asked when placing an order online and payment information will be sent to you via email once you place an order. Paypal and Credit Card are processed immediately upon checkout.

If you are interested in reselling / consigning our home fragrances in your store, please email us at hello@scentful-living.com together with your intended area of sales and type of store.

Paid orders are shipped via third-party couriers. Please note that upon shipping your orders, we will be sending you the tracking information of your package, but we do not have control over the courier’s delivery schedule.

Shipping Fees and transit times are as follow:

  • Metro Manila : Php90 per kg ; Delivery in 1-2 working days AFTER pick-up from our office
  • Provincial Orders (Rizal / Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao : Php260 for the first 3 kgs ; Delivery in 3-4 working days AFTER pick-up from our office
  • Bulk orders will be sent through freight forwarders that service your area (AP Cargo, Pambato, 2Go, etc.) For provincial orders in bulk, please note that lead time for bulk orders is 5-7 working days as freight forwards require wooden crates for packages. They likewise schedule pick-ups within 3-5 working days upon booking.
  • International Orders: Currently only available for perfumery materials (except alcohol), candles and empty bottles. Shipping fees vary by weight and destination. Please contact us with your order and shipping address. Most of our international packages are shipped via Fedex or DHL.
  • Clear your browser history (In your browser’s History, Click on Clear ALL browsing data).
  • Log-in again, add Items to your shopping cart then proceed to Checkout.

All of our fragrances are imported directly from Grasse, France, the fragrance capital of the world and conform with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) recommended dosages. Our natural oils are sourced globally. Please check individual product pages for more info.

For hotels, offices, retail spaces and other venues, kindly answer this questionnaire so we can learn more about your requirements and help you find the right system for your space.

Custom designed fragrances for individual use start at Php4,500. This include a one (1) hour consultation and 3 samplings, as well as 2 bottles of 60ml perfume.

Fees vary for scent design for brands and businesses.

Our scents are being used by several hotels and showrooms since 2011. SM Malls nationwide, Hotel Centro in Puerto Princesa, Ford EDSA Showroom, Nail It Salon, Nailandia Nail Spas, Azalea Residences Baguio, Azalea Residences Boracay, Fersal Hotels and Red Planet Hotels nationwide are just some of our clients who have created the perfect ambience in their hotels and spaces by using our cost-effective fragrances and scenting systems specially designed for them.

We can provide manual and automated scenting at set intervals for spaces from 10 sqm to 500sqm. We likewise have scenting systems that can be connected to your building’s AHU system, if required. Fragrance oils, room sprays, linen sprays and candles for housekeeping use are likewise available.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you are satisfied and delighted with our products. However, if within 7 days from our dispatch date, you find that you are not satisfied with the product due to the following reasons, you may return an item in its original (unused) condition and have it exchanged for a different product:

  • Not the product you ordered. (This is rare but if ever this happens, we apologize in advance. We will retrieve the product and have the correct item delivered to you at no expense on your part.)
  • Damaged bottles / sprayers. We will evaluate the extent and cause of the damage and if we have indeed shipped out a defective sprayer / damaged bottle, we will have the products replaced.
  • Quality issues – presence of floaters & failed specs according to the Certificate of Analysis.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Kindly enclose the Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us, if available.

Please note: We cannot accept returned goods solely because it is not your expected fragrance or goods that we reasonably believe have been used. Testers of our fragrances are available at Fishermall Department Stores in Quezon Avenue and Malabon, as well as pop-up shops. Do check our Instagram and Facebook pages to be updated. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in (defective sprayer / damaged bottle / incorrect or mislabeled fragrance), or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items. Please notify us immediately by sending an email to hello@scentful-living.com.

To assure prompt and timely resolution, please provide the Delivery Receipt number and keep all packaging materials (boxes, waybills, etc.) and the items for inspection.

penalty of Php100 per item will be charged for items to be exchanged due to the following reasons:
1) Client placed the wrong order.
2) Client placed an order in excess of what they need and want to return excess items.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us together with the original Invoice. Value of items returned in this nature will be available only as store credit for future purchases. No refunds allowed. No invoice, no returns. Items to be exchanged shall be completely sealed and unused.
