As the holiday season begins, things get busier and more hectic. It’s fun to prepare and shop, but taking a break is also important. Aside from exercising in the gym or going out of town, you can also relax wherever you are. Aside from it being cheaper, it’s also more time efficient. One way to make your home more conducive for relaxation is by doing your own holiday blend.
The good news is, it’s really simple to do. Let me guide you through it.
For this holiday project, you’ll need your essential oils, a 10 ml roller bottle, and a carrier oil. For your carrier oil you may use coconut oil.
The essential oils that comprise the blend include the following:
5-15 drops Frankincense
3-10 drops Blood Orange essential oil
5-15 drops Bergamot
3-10 drops White or Silver Fir
Simply add two drops more if you want to use it through your aromatherapy diffuser at home.
Mix your essential oils with your carrier oil in the 10 ml roller bottle. Make sure there is still room for the roller, so it doesn’t spill (no wastage!). After doing that, all you have to do is to fasten and shake and your all set!
Now you have a little something to relax you in the middle of a long hectic day of errands. Simple apply as needed to your on the back of your neck, wrists, and pulse points as desired, even as much as every 3-4 hours.
We hope you enjoyed our little holiday project!
